Complete the process by checking for missed spots and refining details to guarantee perfection.

Debris & Trash Removal: Collect and discard all leftover construction materials, packaging,
Bulk Vacuuming & Sweeping: Sweep all subfloors/concrete and power-vacuum major dust piles.
Sticker & Protector Removal: Peel off all manufacturer stickers, barcodes, and protective plastic films from windows, glass, toilets, sinks, and new appliances.
Paint & Adhesive Check:
Identify, Clean and scrape off major paint splatters, caulking drips, or grout overspray on floors and windows.

HVAC Vents: Vacuum and wipe down all supply vents, return grilles, and registers.
Hard Floors: Thoroughly vacuum, then damp-mop hard surfaces
Carpets: Deep vacuum all carpeted areas, using an upright vacuum for the main floor and an edge tool along the baseboards.

Ceilings & Fixtures: Dust/vacuum ceilings, recessed lights, light fixtures, and ceiling fan blades.
Walls: Vacuum or damp-wipe walls to entirely remove fine drywall dust.
Trim Work: Wipe down all crown molding, baseboards, chair rails, and door frames.
Outlets & Switches: Detailed wipe-down of all light switches, plug plates, and thermostats.

Window Tracks & Sills: Vacuum tracks to pull out plaster dust/grit, then wipe sills clean.
Glass & Mirrors: Wash inside and outside of all windows, glass doors, and mirrors.
Doors: Wipe both sides of all interior/exterior doors, including top edges and doorknobs.

Vanities: Clean insides of vanity drawers and polish the mirrors/countertops.

Wall Tiles: Scrub shower and tub walls; remove all cloudy grout residue/haze.

Fixtures: Disinfect toilets, bathtubs, and showers. Polish all chrome, black, or brass hardware.

Cabinets & Drawers: Vacuum and wipe the inside and outside of all cupboards, shelves, and drawer glides.
Countertops & Backsplashes: Clean, sanitize, and polish countertops (granite, quartz, etc.) and tile backsplashes.
Appliances: Clean the interior/exterior of all new appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher).
Sinks & Hardware: Scrub sinks and polish faucets, removing any lingering adhesive or silicone.
